The MCJ Club Code of Conduct reflects who we are: a community built on respect, integrity and professionalism. It applies to all members, guests and staff, everywhere the Club gathers — in our premises, at our events and in our digital spaces.

Members are expected to be courteous and considerate, to respect Club property and spaces, to follow staff directions, and to ensure their guests do the same. Dress and behaviour should be appropriate to each area of the Club.
Harassment, discrimination, abusive or threatening language, and any conduct that endangers others or damages property will not be tolerated. This includes behaviour online and in Club communications.
Members are responsible for the conduct of the guests they introduce and should familiarise them with the relevant Club rules.
Any member who experiences or witnesses a breach of this Code is encouraged to report it, in confidence, to Club staff or the membership office. All reports are taken seriously and handled discreetly.
Breaches of this Code may result in a warning, suspension or termination of membership, depending on severity, in line with the Club’s rules and Terms and Conditions.
